Post your WANT. It’s like Craigslist, but reversed. And really different. At Ubokia, you’re the rockstar. Post exactly what you want and sellers respond to you. Only talk to sellers you choose.

Question by Kristen: What Are Some Creative Free/Low Cost Advertising Ideas for A Hairstylist?
I am new to booth rental and I need to gain additional clients. I am looking for any free or low cost ideas people have used to advertise with success. I can’t afford to get too far behind at this point. I have invested a lot of money to go off on my own.

Advertise your business in craigslist, ebay or http://www.bizchum.com

You may also join sites like discounts or group deals.

Create viral videos in youtube, facebook or twitter.

You could consider using foursquare for business, its an app that allows the users to find local businesses, and if your business was listed on it, it would bring more customers.
