Q&A: I have a really cool site, but it has only been viewed 100 and up times, where can I find free advertising?

Post your WANT. It’s like Craigslist, but reversed. And really different. At Ubokia, you’re the rockstar. Post exactly what you want and sellers respond to you. Only talk to sellers you choose.

Question by me here alone: I have a really cool site, but it has only been viewed 100 and up times, where can I find free advertising?
I have a really cool site, but it has only been viewed 100 and up times, where can I find free advertising? And I would like to know where I could find completely free advertising.

you can do link exchanges with other sites. Other than that, advertising isn’t free. If you have products you can submit them to Froogle, that is free. Most search engines allow you to submit yourself to them for free as well.

If you really want a good optimization pay for it.

Now, who would consider it cool… besides yourself, I mean? Does your site fulfill a need or preform a service?

Could it have a national interest, or just local to you?

Is it something you could post on YouTube?

These are things to start to consider when looking for any advertising.

There is a lots of free advertising sites ,annd there are some companies called Traffic Exchanges .
These are sites that has a rotating program and most of them has 1000+ + members ,so what these companies do is giving away credit for you when look at other members sites ,and what these credits do is let other members look at your site as much as the credit you have ,for example if you have 50 credits you will have 50 views and thats depends on the company you are in and the membership you have cause there is some cmpanies that gives you 1 view for 2 credits and there others gives you 2 views for 1 credit .
anyway here is some companies that is traffic exchange company and these are fromthe best in this fied ,,,
1- I Love Hits : http://www.ilovehits.com/?rid=65199

2 – Online Business Traffic : http://www.onlinebusinesstraffic.com?R=58074

there is a lots more and you will find them while you are surfing and its 100% free unless you ask for more traffic if you are selling something on your site .

there another way to make more traffic to your site and thats it by making your mailing list ..
here is an example of making a free list with 100 maybe 1000 of people you can email for free with out being spamed :

Rather than looking for free advertising venues, think about finding free promotional opportunities to build traffic for your site.

Link bait is the number one way to build an audience, and the only cost involved is the time you put into producing riveting content. Link bait can be any original content on your Web site that will resonate with a lot of people. It might be controversial, insightful, funny, or useful, and it can be in any format – an article, a blog post, an image or video, a free software application or game. Just create something that will attract attention, then submit your link to digg, reddit, stumbleupon, and other social bookmarking sites. Try a google search for “link bait” to get other ideas about what you can do.

Other free ways to get people to your site:

*Visit blogs on a related subject and post quality comments – most blogs will allow you to link your username to your Web site.

*Find relevant Web forums and post good content. Include your URL in your signature (if allowed) or profile.

*Start a blog to accompany your site. Write useful content that will attract visitors to your site while making them aware of what your site has to offer.

*Submit your site to free directories, especially ones that focus on your niche.

Good luck with building your traffic!

Don’t trust these “traffic exchanges”. They are worthless and the people posting links get credit for those links. The way to get free traffic is to create tons of content and then optimizse it for search engines. This is also called “SEO”. http://www.webpageblueprint.com has good SEO tutorials. They show you many of the techniques and tactics like link building, etc.
